Life for me is an everyday no stop adventure. Since I was little, my surroundings have been full of life, colors, contrast and lots of challenges, which in fact makes it very interesting…
I grew up in Brazil, and I lived in a few different places around the world. Now I live in the US, and I’m creating this blog to tell stories about the things I am into, share my daily experiences, inspirations and hopefully bring a smile to your face.
Last month I completed 8 years living in Michigan. Time goes fast! It feels like yesterday the day I arrived to the Metro Detroit area… The birds were flying their way down south, the trees were changing colors, and I definitely could feel in my Brazilian skin that winter was coming… Brrrr.
One of the things I like about Metro Detroit it’s that unique industrial, full of history, street style feel.
Before it gets too cold to post this, here’s an outfit I put together to contemplate this beautiful graffiti made by Detroit artist Kobie Solomon, located in Midtown Detroit, at the Russel Industrial Center.
The Russel Industrial Center is home to the largest artistic community in the Midwest with numerous painters, sculptors, musicians, photographers and many creative endeavors. Seen from the Interstate 75, the Chimera is the largest mural in the state of Michigan, measuring 8,750 square feet (813 m2). It reflects a complex portrait of the city and its history, composed of elements of Detroit’s industry and each of the four Detroit major sports teams: The Detroit Lions, The Detroit Red Wings, The Detroit Tigers and The Detroit Pistons. A street art piece you cannot miss!

Eu gosto de viagens, moda, arte, design, natureza e as coisas mais simples da vida… As coisas que trazem brilho aos meus olhos.
A vida para mim é uma constante aventura. Desde pequena, meus arredores sempre foram cheios de vida, cores, contraste e desafios. Desafios estes que a tornou muito mais interessante.
Eu cresci no Brasil, e já vivi em muitos lugares diferentes. Agora eu vivo nos Estados Unidos e decidi criar este blog para compartilhar as minhas experiências diárias, contar um pouco das coisas que eu gosto, minhas inspirações, e de uma forma expressar minha criatividade, esperando trazer um sorriso no rosto de vocês.
Uma das coisas que eu gosto sobre Detroit é seu conceito de cidade industrial inigualável… uma cidade cheia de história e street style únicos.
Antes que fique muito frio por aqui, afinal já é dezembro, aqui um look que usei para contemplar este belo grafite localizado no Industrial Russel Center, feito pelo artista de Detroit Kobie Salomão.
O Industrial Russel Center, tem a maior comunidade artística no Centro-Oeste dos Estados Unidos, com inúmeros pintores, escultores, músicos , fotógrafos e outros artistas. A Chimera pode ser vista da Interstate 75, e é o maior grafite no estado de Michigan, medindo 8.750 metros quadrados ( 813 m2 ). Ele reflete um retrato complexo da cidade e sua história, composto por elementos da indústria de Detroit e cada uma das quatro grandes equipes esportivas de Detroit: Detroit Lions (futebol americano), Detroit Red Wings (hockey), Detroit Tigers (baseball) e Detroit Pistons (basquete). Uma obra de arte e de rua que você não pode perder!
